Legal Disclaimer
Last updated July 7, 2026
This page explains, in plain terms, what a Human Redacted certificate does and does not mean. It supplements, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
Certificates are self-attested, not verified
A Human Redacted certificate records that an Author swore, at a specific point in time, to being the sole human author of a submitted work and that no artificial intelligence was used to create it. Ilectronica Sales & Services Inc. ("Ilectronica") does not verify authorship, run AI-detection software, or otherwise confirm the truth of any Oath before or after issuing a certificate.
No guarantee to readers or third parties
A certificate is not a guarantee, endorsement, or warranty by Ilectronica that a given work was in fact written entirely by a human, or that its content is accurate, original, or lawful. Readers and any other third party rely on a certificate at their own risk, and Ilectronica disclaims all liability arising from such reliance.
Consequences of a false Oath
An Author who submits a false Oath is solely responsible for any resulting harm, dispute, or claim. Ilectronica may suspend or terminate an account and revoke a certificate if it becomes aware that an Oath was false, but is under no obligation to investigate, monitor, or detect false submissions.
